Trial & Cancellation

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can try NagataPress with no upfront charge (where trial is available at checkout). The Lifetime and One Time Translate plans are one-time payments without a trial or renewals.

You can cancel anytime from your Creem.io customer portal and you won’t be charged.

We send email reminders before trial ends and before renewals.

Billing & Refunds

• New purchases and upgrades include a 14-day free trial (where available).
• Charges happen only after the trial ends or on renewal.
• You can cancel anytime before the charge date to avoid being charged.

Refunds

If you were charged because you forgot to cancel your subscription, contact us at [email protected]:

• Within 24 hours of the charge → 100% refund.
• 24 hours to 14 days → refund minus a 30% processing fee.
• After 14 days → We do not provide refunds.

Important Notes

• Refund processing is handled through Creem.io payment workflows.
• This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
• To speed up refund handling, include your order email and transaction/order ID in your request.
